Systemair has acquired the Austrian air handling unit manufacturer Frivent Luft- & Wärmetechnik.
Based in St Johann in Tirol, Austria, Frivent was established in 1976 and has a turnover of around €7m.
In addition to air handling units, the company also produces heat recovery systems and special roof units for niche applications.
